| Adam: | What are your qualifications? |
| Beetlejuice: | Ah. Well... I attended Juilliard... I'm a graduate of the Harvard business school. I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and had a pretty good time during that. I've seen the EXORCIST ABOUT A HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT... NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOU'RE TALKING TO A DEAD GUY... NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK? You think I'm qualified? |

I don’t know if anyone remembers this, but a while back I had the idea of taking tattoo submissions. I follow a tattoo blog and they just posted a Frankenweenie one that someone got recently and it sparked the idea again.
So if anyone has a Burton tattoo and is willing to submit it I’d love to be your gateway of sharing it with the rest of the world! :)

“These characters are all fucked up. They are impurely pure. If Batman got therapy, he probably wouldn’t be doing this, he wouldn’t be putting on this bat suit, and we wouldn’t have this weird guy running around in a cape. So there is a form of things not being integrated that is quite appealing. So I don’t know if I’m stuck or if I enjoy being stuck. Know what I mean? There is a charm about characters that know not what they do but do it purely. Even Beetlejuice is that way. There’s a charm in that that I enjoy.”

“I really look forward to revisiting this body of work which has been such a huge part of my life and bringing it to the concert stage. And the idea of performing some of Jack Skellington’s songs from The Nightmare Before Christmas live for the very first time is immensely exciting.”
